Pilates equipment or props like therabands, small balls, large exercise balls and classical Pilates movements without props.
A technical set up/assessment session is required first.
Equipment needed to participate in online sessions:
1) Portable device: phone, tablet or laptop
2) Zoom app on device of choice
3) Enough space to work through Pilates movements
This first session is to set up your space and where to place your device for your sessions.
In this session we will also complete your health profile, visit about past injuries, and list goals.
This session includes assessing alignment and balance of body.
