centerAlign Pilates began in 2012 with a vision of a quiet space where clients could focus on themselves each week with their personal Pilates sessions. As centerAlign has grown through the years we've offered not just Pilates, but other modalities to help each body find its strength and flexibility and to help correct alignment issues that cause us pain.
In 2019 centerAlign Pilates will take on a new role — our beautiful space will become the hub for wellness practitioners to share. Our vision is is a place where clients can come to have many resources in one place to get stronger and feel better!
We share the passion of helping people help themselves! With multiple options under one roof and where you can get away from the hustle and bustle and stress that we seem to have everywhere around us. A space where you can focus on yourself without distraction with highly educated, experienced practitioners.
We offer private and semi-private Pilates sessions, small reformer/tower classes, Rossiter sessions (2-person stretching), Active Isolated Stretching and Yamuna Foot Fitness.
We look forward to continuing to serve the Woodlands and surrounding area and continue our impeccable service, instruction and personal touch that our clients have grown accustom to everyday.
